Optimal Resource CenterTM provides customized outsourcing to our existing mid-size clients that have
100-3,000 employees.  

Our customized outsourcing works most efficiently when we are working with clients in tandem with our benefit advisory services. Available upon request, we work with some employers that have interest in engaging our customized outsourcing solutions on a stand-alone basis, without our benefit advisory services.  In either arrangement, our flexible approach allows us the opportunity and ability to deliver fully customized client solutions.  

Leave Management Administration

One of our more important outsourced services is the administration of Leave Management.  The compliance requirements related to Leave Management can be overwhelming.  Clients who are interested in obtaining additional support in this area can count on our firm's organized process related to the Federal and Statutory Requirements including but not limited to eligibility notices, designation notices, healthcare provider certificates, coordination of group disability insurance and worker's compensation.

Below is a brief outline of our Leave Management Administration services provided via our Optimal Resource Center:
